    We look among candidates registered with us and in the wider market, and interview them before you meet anyone.

    You meet a shortlist

    You receive a few names, each with a short explanation of why they fit. We help with references and contracts.

  4. 04

    Start and follow-up

    The consultant starts or you hire. We stay in touch and check that it works.
