About TrueQ
A Swedish consulting and recruitment company in quality, engineering and production, started by people from manufacturing.
We come from industry.
TrueQ was started by people who have worked with quality and improvement in Swedish manufacturing. We have been on the buyer side and know what it is like when the wrong person arrives for an important assignment.
That is why we take time to understand both the assignment and the person, and ask candidates what they have actually done. We are a new company and grow at the pace we can do it properly.
We focus on manufacturing across Sweden, for example automotive, batteries, medical devices and electronics. Assignments can be carried out on site or remotely.
How we work
We only suggest people we would hire ourselves
Better a few right names than many who do not fit.
Close to industry
We look for consultants with their own experience from production. We know what a stoppage costs.
Long term
We want recurring collaborations, not one-off deals.
Order and clarity
Agreement and price settled before start, and responsibility throughout the assignment.
