TrueQ brokers and provides consulting services within quality, engineering, management and operational excellence. The website gives access to candidate profiles, assignments and portals for candidates and clients.
2. Account and responsibility
When you create an account you are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login details secure. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or provide misleading information in your profile or applications.
3. Assignments and agreements
Information about published career opportunities is indicative. A binding assignment agreement arises only through a separate written agreement between TrueQ and the relevant party. TrueQ is not responsible for assignments that are filled or ended by the client.
4. Intellectual property
The content on trueq.se, including text, logo and graphics, belongs to TrueQ and may not be reused without permission. You retain the rights to the material you upload yourself, but grant TrueQ the right to use it to match you against assignments.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. TrueQ is not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions in availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be limited under mandatory law.
6. Changes and applicable law
TrueQ may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the website. Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish general courts.
