Quality Engineering
Quality assurance of product and process through the whole development chain.
Quality engineers who make sure the product is right from development to series production. We work with the full toolbox of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC, to prevent defects rather than catch them too late. Assignments range from new industrialisation of products to stabilising a process that isn't meeting its quality targets, often in close collaboration with design, production and purchasing.

Supplier Quality
Control and development of the supplier base.
A large part of quality is decided at the suppliers. Our consultants carry out supplier audits, drive supplier development and handle deviations in a structured way with 8D and root cause analysis. We also support purchasing in supplier selection and qualification, so the right components reach production on time and at the right quality.
